Here's what has happened so far in just one session:
     ✨ Marie was stuck and stagnant in her song writing after one session she completed her song that day.
     ✨ Lux did one session and went from doing stick drawings to full on drawing of animals.
The one that stands out the most is my own remembering of how I fully let go of procrastination, a fear of my mom never coming home at age 10, let me to leave everything to the last minute. Now I get things done as soon as I get the task. This is just a few of the life changing alignments that have transpired. 

We create our "truth" all the time with our thoughts and emotions. Thought is like the direction inserted into GPS and the emotion is like a fueled car that will move you in that direction. Most of us create through our unconscious programming that had been inserted into us even prior to birth, in our mother’s womb, through sensing of all of her emotions, thoughts and physiological states.
